Continuum of Care
A group of organizations and individuals working together to:
1. Promote a community-wide commitment to the goal of ending homelessness;
2. Provide funding for efforts to quickly re-house individuals and families who are homeless.
A4C + Western PA CoC
We are the Western and Eastern Pennsylvania (PA) CoC's Youth Action Board (YAB), Advocates for Change (A4C)! We coordinate with the Western PA CoC to end homelessness, and cover a 20-county region that is largely rural.
